01 1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern services provided by Orlando Semaglutide ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting an eligibility check, scheduling an assessment, or receiving treatment from us, you ("patient," "you") agree to these Terms.
These Terms are updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your treatment applies.
02 2. Treatment Provided
Orlando Semaglutide provides medical weight management assessment, prescribing of GLP-1 receptor agonist medication where clinically appropriate, and ongoing clinical review, for patients in Orlando and surrounding areas of FL.
Prescribing is at the discretion of a licensed clinician following assessment. Requesting an assessment does not entitle you to a prescription, and a decision that treatment is not appropriate for you is a clinical decision rather than a service failure.
03 3. Medical Information on This Site
Content on this site is general information about weight management and GLP-1 medication. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan for any individual.
Do not use this site to decide whether to start, change or stop any medication. Your written treatment plan and the direct instructions of your clinician are the governing documents for your care.
04 4. Assessments and Fees
The initial eligibility check is provided at no charge. Programme fees and medication costs are quoted to you in writing before treatment begins, and both figures are provided together.
Medication pricing is subject to change by the manufacturer, pharmacy or supplier. Where a cost changes, you will be told before a further supply is dispensed.
05 5. Treatment Outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular amount of weight loss, rate of weight loss, or outcome. Published trial averages describe study populations and are not a prediction of your result.
Weight regain following discontinuation is a recognised and expected effect of stopping GLP-1 medication. This is explained before treatment begins and does not constitute a defect in the service provided.
06 6. Appointments and Cancellation
Assessment and review appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated failure to attend scheduled clinical reviews may result in prescribing being paused, since ongoing supervision is a condition of continued treatment.
07 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
